PERSONAL BACKGROUND:
Born and raised in South Florida, Andrew Demos gained each of his undergraduate and Juris Doctor (1999) degrees within the local South Florida
area.

Mr. Demos began his legal experience with family law, personal injury, bankruptcy and probate.  Mr. Demos then concentrated his representation
regarding construction issues on behalf of contractors, developers, suppliers, sureties and others, where he worked closely with developer
construction defect, warranties and other matters within condominium law prior to concentrating in the area of association law.  Prior to opening his
own firm, Andrew Demos focused his representation with boards for
condominiums,  homeowners' associations and representation of owners
regarding all aspects of association law, developer turnover
construction issues, opinion letters, construction contracts and disputes, litigation,
arbitration and other matters.

In July 2007, Andrew Demos founded Andrew C. Demos, P.A., which represents associations, owners, condo investors, businesses, contractors
and others regarding all community association matters, construction, civil litigation, pre-construction deposits and other areas.
